Since 2022, the Jacqueline NOEL Foundation has been awarding scholarships to women residing in Africa, enabling them to participate in a two-week university certification program in inclusive finance law and regulation at the University of Luxembourg.

This initiative is offered in partnership with Appui au Développement Autonome (ADA) and the European Investment Bank (EIB) Institute.
