The Fondation de Luxembourg provides an interface between two distinct worlds: the finance industry and its clients on the one hand and associations, NGOs and other entities working in the social field on the other. The team at your service reflects this mission and benefits from a detailed understanding of these two universes:

 

Tonika Hirdman, Director General:

 

Tonika is in charge of the day to day management of the Foundation. She also represents the Foundation in relation to its clients, intermediaries, external stakeholders and the general public. Tonika represents the Fondation de Luxembourg in the Management Committees of the foundations under the aegis of the Fondation de Luxembourg. Of Swedish nationality, Tonika speaks Swedish, French and English.

 

Audrey Lesperoy, Philanthropy Adviser & Data Protection Officer:

 

Audrey advises donors on the structuring and establishment of their personalized foundations. More generally, she assists the parties representing the donors (in other words, the donors themselves but also their advisors, such as wealth managers and notaries). Audrey further represents the Fondation de Luxembourg within the Transnational Giving Europe network http://www.transnationalgiving.eu and is in charge of handling cross-border donations. Of Belgian nationality, Audrey speaks French, English and Dutch.

Petra Penders, Project and Program Manager:

 

Petra is a senior project manager with several years of experience from the field, specializing in the areas of education, social cohesion and poverty reduction. She guides donors in the search for a project meeting their aspirations; she monitors the project implementation and evaluates the impact of the donors’ engagement.

In doing so, she liaises with non-profit organizations with particular reference to aspects of supervision and reporting on projects supported by foundations in her areas of reference. 

Petra has dual nationality – Luxembourgish and Belgian and speaks Luxembourgish, French, English, German and Dutch.

Bertrand Meunier, Project and Program Manager:

 

Bertrand works as project manager specializing in the areas of scientific research, climate change and biodiversity. He guides donors in the search for a project meeting their aspirations; he monitors the project implementation and evaluates the impact of the donors’ engagement.

In doing so, he liaises with non-profit organizations with particular reference to aspects of supervision and reporting on projects supported by foundations in his areas of reference. 

Of French nationality, Bertrand speaks French and English.

 

 

 

     

 

 

 

 

 

Nathalie Mandonnet, Foundation Secretary:

 

Nathalie assists the Director General and is further responsible for the secretariat of the French-speaking Management Committees of the sheltered foundations. She coordinates the meetings of the Management Committees, prepares the agendas and the minutes. Of French nationality, Nathalie speaks French, English and Spanish.

 
    

 

 

Esther Meyer, Office Manager:

 

Esther is in charge of the administration and daily internal operations of the foundations under the aegis of Fondation de Luxembourg. This includes the day to day monitoring of the investment portfolios of the sheltered foundatins. Esther further looks after the secretariat for the Management Committees of the German-speaking Sheltered Foundations. Of German nationality, Esther speaks German and English.

 

 

 

Nicole Wiesner, Personal Assistant:

 

Nicole handles the daily internal administration of the Fondation de Luxembourg and assists the Director General in her daily work. Nicole further looks after the secretariat for the Management Committees of the English-speaking Sheltered Foundations. Of German nationality, Nicole speaks German, English and French.
