Fondation La Violette, also named Fondation Christine Tesch-Goblet d'Alviella aims to help cancer patients to lessen their suffering through art therapy. Based on the idea that a creative act can be healing, the focus is on inner experiences, feelings, imaginations and perceptions of the cancer patients, both in their phase of chemotherapy and/or radiotherapy, as well as in the phase of remission.

Fondation La Violette wishes to promote art therapy through workshops in Luxembourg and Belgium as a way for people to come to terms with their illness.
