Early-learning art workshops for children housed or cared for by SOS Children's Villages Luxembourg.

Art has many beneficial effects on the development of cognitive, social and motor skills. The art therapy offered to children and young people cared for by the Fondation Lëtzebuerger Kannerduerf (SOS Children's Village Luxembourg) gives them a means of expression that goes beyond words. Through artistic work, the children explore their emotions and learn to cope with them, while developing their creative abilities. The project is based around a theme defined by the children and culminates in an exhibition in an art gallery or museum.

The Konscht@Kannerduerf project has several strands to suit the individual needs of each child:

• Introduction to plastic and/or graphic arts 
• Advanced plastic and/or graphic arts 
• Advanced music 
• The Exhibition
