The Fondation Enovos awarded the 11th "Prix d'Excellence" during a special ceremony on October 28th, 2022.

The Fondation Enovos launched its "Prix d'Excellence" in 2012 in order to reward and encourage top students pursuing their studies and careers in the field of engineering.

This year, the 11th edition of the "Prix d'Excellence" took place at the Forum Da Vinci in Luxembourg.

The 2022 "Prix d'Excellence" laureates are:

• Michel Paulus: Hydrogen technology in the energy transition and sector coupling – Feasibility study based on a gas grid of energis -Netzgesellschaft mbH
• Matthieu Assa: Real-time task identification in manual assembly steps using neural network-based object detection 
• Laurent André: Prediction of unsteady flow using physics-informed deep learning methods 
• Axel Diriken: Integration of the SMR Technology into the Belgian Energy Mix: a Cost Optimisation Approach
• Andreia Alves: Development of a standardized methodology for the systematic, effect-related investigation of photocatalysts 
• Thomas Weyland: Performance analysis of 5G mobile networks as illuminator of opportunity for passive radar
