The Enovos Foundation awards the “Excellence Prize” to six young engineers.

Since its creation under the aegis of the Fondation de Luxembourg, the Enovos Foundation has been committed to advancing science and new technologies. It is in this context, and to promote engineering studies and careers, that the “Excellence Prize” was awarded for the eighth time.

The “Excellence Prize” is awarded annually by the Enovos Foundation and its partners, the da Vinci association and ANEIL (National Association of Luxembourg Engineering Students a.s.b.l.), to students in recognition of the best engineering theses. An independent jury composed of six engineers selected the top theses from 13 applications, awarding each winner a €2,500 prize for their outstanding work. All recipients were given the distinction “Very Good.”

This year, the award ceremony took place on 9 November in the presence of Tonika Hirdman (Director General of the Fondation de Luxembourg), Claude Simon (Head of Energy Sales at Enovos Luxembourg), Charly Huberty (President of ANEIL), Änder Schanck (President and Founder of Oikopolis Participations S.A.), and Michel Pundel (President of the Jury).
