Working together for the future of young people in the Province of Luxembourg (Belgium)

For youth in vulnerable situations, especially those that have dropped out of school, it can be challenging to navigate young adulthood and reach their full potential. Through its programming, YouthStart Belgium supports young people aged 16-30 through free, 8-day training courses designed to equip them with the skills and confidence to build a happy and productive life.

The course encourages its students, in groups of 7-15 participants, to step into the shoes of an entrepreneur, and learn how to apply these principles and lessons to their own life. By helping them to identify their strengths and dreams for the future, YouthStart Belgium helps students create a realistic project, which they can present with pride on the last day of the course. By helping students reinforce or acquire basic skills needed to enter the business world, the programme aims to help vulnerable youth in Belgium's Province of Luxembourg develop an independent, responsible and proactive mindset.
