Fondation Marie Jeanne et Edmond Schumacher

Fondation Marie Jeanne et Edmond Schumacher was established by a Luxembourgish lady in commemoration of her late husband, Edmond Schumacher, former President of the Oeuvre Nationale de Secours Grande-Duchesse Charlotte and well-known for his passion for philanthropy. The objective of the foundation is the financing of scientific research in the area of cancer, with a preference for projects based in Luxembourg or research projects involving Luxembourgish researchers abroad.
