Due to the ongoing war in Yemen, 22.2 million people are in need of humanitarian aid. Several million people are threatened with starvation, many of whom are children. The Hammer Forum, with the support of the Maßvoll Stiftung, are running a project that works to counteract hunger by distributing food baskets to deprived families with children. Each month 100 families in the cities of Taiz and Sana’a receive a food basket which contains food such as rice, tea and beans that lasts for one month.
