Nestled in the wooded Parc Dräi Eechelen, the Mudam Luxembourg – Musée d’Art Moderne Grand-Duc Jean presents and collects some of the most significant art of our time. Through its exhibitions, publications, artistic and educational programme, it fosters research and dialogue while foregrounding the changing nature of art and society.
As an extension of its mission, a new initiative aims to bring art outside traditional boundaries and beyond the museum's walls, inviting a diverse audience to experience art in a new way.
In the following three years, the museum plans to revitalize the surrounding park and to create diverse areas catering to different age groups, including a playground for children, an arena for young people, and a space for the older urban population. Furthermore, the creation of these areas will ensure that Mudam is perceived as a vibrant and attractive destination during all seasons.
