The Fondation de Luxembourg provides an interface between two distinct worlds: the finance industry and its clients on the one hand and associations, NGOs and other entities working in the social field on the other. The team at your service reflects this mission and benefits from a detailed understanding of these two universes:
Tonika Hirdman, Director General: Tonika is in charge of the day to day management of the Foundation. She also represents the Foundation in relation to its clients, intermediaries, external stakeholders and the general public. Tonika represents the Fondation de Luxembourg in the Management Committees of the foundations under the aegis of the Fondation de Luxembourg. Of Swedish nationality, Tonika speaks Swedish, French and English. |

Anne-Emmanuelle Feutrie, Philanthropy Adviser & Data Protection contact person:
Anne-Emmanuelle advises donors on the structuring and establishment of their personalized foundations, including all matters related to successions. Anne-Emmanuelle is the first point of contact for cross-border donations and she represents the Fondation de Luxembourg within the Transnational Giving Europe network. Of French nationality, Anne-Emmanuelle is fluent in French, English and Spanish.

Arlyne Moinier-Vandeventer, Program Manager:
Arlyne works as program manager specializing in the areas of education, social cohesion and poverty reduction. She guides donors in the search for a project meeting their aspirations; she monitors the project implementation and evaluates the impact of the donors’ engagement. In doing so, she liaises with non-profit organizations with particular reference to aspects of supervision and reporting on projects supported by foundations in her areas of reference. Of French nationality, Arlyne speaks French, English and Spanish. |

Bertrand Meunier, Program Manager: Bertrand works as program manager specializing in the areas of scientific research, climate change and biodiversity. He guides donors in the search for a project meeting their aspirations; he monitors the project implementation and evaluates the impact of the donors’ engagement. Elisabeth Adams, Program Manager (Consultant):
Elisabeth works as program manager, dedicated to German-speaking foundations. Of German and Luxembourgish nationality, Elisabeth speaks German, Luxembourgish, English and French. |

Paula de Vaugelas, Communications Manager and Programme Manager for Cultural projects:
Paula de Vaugelas supports the Foundation’s external communication. She coordinates the preparation of various publications and handles the Foundation’s communication through social media channels. Furthermore, Paula is in charge of sourcing and monitoring projects in the area of culture. Of American nationality, Paula speaks English and French. |

Marc De Lièvre, Operations Manager:
Marc is in charge of the daily internal operations of the foundations under the aegis of Fondation de Luxembourg. This includes the monitoring of the investment portfolios of the sheltered foundations. Of Belgian nationality, Marc speaks French, English and Dutch. |

Nathalie Mandonnet, Foundation Secretary: Nathalie is responsible for the secretariat of the French-speaking Management Committees of the sheltered foundations. She coordinates the Management Committee meetings, prepares the agendas and the minutes. Of French nationality, Nathalie speaks French, English and Spanish. |

Melanie Noël, Foundation Secretary:
Melanie handles the daily internal administration of the foundations under the aegis of Fondation de Luxembourg. She further coordinates the Management Committee meetings for English- and German-speaking foundations Of Belgian nationality, Melanie speaks German, French, and English.

Cecily de Potesta, Foundation Secretary:
Cecily assists the Director General in her daily work. She further coordinates the Management Committee meetings for English- and German-speaking foundations, including preparing agendas and taking minutes. Of Austrian nationality, Cecily speaks German, English, and French.
