The objective of this program is to facilitate access and integration of children with visual disabilities, in the local education system
In the most disadvantaged parts of the world, children suffering from disabilities are often neglected and subject to isolation. This is even truer for visually impaired children who are dependent on others in their daily life.
This project aims at giving access to education to these kids while keeping them close to their families. Raising awareness among other children on the importance of being kind to people suffering from disabilities is also a focus of their project, which further includes providing special training to educators and teachers in order to ease the integration of visually impaired children in the daily life of the school. Aside from the educational part, the program also covers medical care for these children.
